Approve pending users
When your access settings have Pending users flow switched on, every new signup waits for an admin. Waiting users appear under Clients → Pending, and the Clients and Pending entries in the sidebar show a red count.
The badge counts verified users
The sidebar badge counts users who have verified their email but are not yet approved. The Pending page itself lists everyone unapproved, including people who have not verified yet, so its total can be higher than the badge.
Approve a user
- Open Clients → Pending.
- Check the Verified icon. The Approve button is faded for users who have not verified their email yet; you can still approve them, but they cannot sign in until they do.
- Click Approve. The row disappears, the badge updates, and the user receives a “Your account has been approved” email.
To look at the account first, click the pencil to open it. You can approve from there with the Approved switch and Save. See Users for the form.
Decline a user
Click the trash icon and confirm Delete 1 user. This removes the account permanently; there is no “rejected” state and no email is sent.
Skip approval for trusted domains
If everyone from a company should get in without review, add their email domain under Pre-approved domains in Access settings. Those signups are approved automatically and never appear here.
