Download audio from the admin

Export audio, and optionally a metadata sheet, for a track, a selection of tracks, an album, a label, a playlist, a pitch or a project. Click the download icon on a row, tick rows and click Download or Export, or use Export on an album overview. The Export dialog opens.

Audio

  1. Choose the file format and rate. The options come from your Download settings.
  2. Choose what to include: mains only, or also Versions (alternates + cutdowns) and Stems.
  3. Choose a filename pattern.
  4. For albums, labels and collections, switch on Sidecar metadata file to add a metadata CSV per album, and pick its Format.
  5. Choose how to deliver it with the dropdown on the main button:
    • Immediate download: click Download and the ZIP starts downloading.
    • Generate download link: click Generate link, wait for Link ready (valid 2 weeks), then Copy link.
    • Export to SFTP server: pick a Server from Export servers (SFTP) and click Export.
    • Export to Dropbox: enter a Path and click Export. Available once a Dropbox token is set in Download settings.

Album exports estimate the ZIP size first. Admin downloads always include the original resolution artwork.

Metadata only

Switch to the metadata tab (not available for a single track), choose a Format such as Cadenzabox or Harvest Media, and deliver it the same way.

Follow progress

Link, SFTP and Dropbox exports show progress in the dialog, with any per track errors under Show errors. Every export also appears under Exports → Overview, where you can copy links, redownload and read errors later.
