Transactions and licences
Clients → Transactions is a read only ledger of checkout transactions and the licences each one produced.
The list
Columns: Name (customer name and email; click to jump to their account in Users), Licences (count), State, Total and Created. Use Columns to add subtotal, tax and currency.

| SUCCESS | Paid. |
| PENDING / ACTION REQUIRED | Waiting for the customer or their bank. |
| FAILED | Payment declined. |
| CANCELLED | Abandoned at checkout. |
The round + button opens an empty form but transactions cannot be created by hand; ignore it.
Open a transaction
Click the pencil on a row. The panel shows the payment state and totals, the Customer (with Open in users), the Stripe checkout session and payment intent references, any Discount, and a Licences section.
For each licence you can:
- Download licence PDF to open the signed PDF (the link is valid for about an hour).
- Generate licence PDF if none exists yet, or Regenerate licence PDF to rebuild it after correcting details. Generation runs in the background, so allow a moment before downloading. Regenerating an existing PDF is limited to Cadenzabox staff.
Each licence also lists the Track (with Open in tracks), the licence terms (title, expiry, clearance code and types, keywords) and the Product and Price it was bought under.
