Sign in to the admin
The Mercury admin lives at admin.cadenza.box.
Sign in
- Open admin.cadenza.box.
- Enter your Email and Password and click Log in.
- You land on Library → Tracks, the admin’s home page.
If the details are wrong the card shakes and a message appears. After ten failed attempts an account is locked; ask a colleague with admin access to unblock it, see Reset a password or unblock a user.
Forgotten your password?
There is no reset link on the admin sign in page. Use Forgot password on your client site, which uses the same account, or ask another admin to set a new password for you.
Who can sign in
Only accounts with the Admin role can use the admin. Ordinary users get a 403 Forbidden page with a Home button. See Roles and permissions.
Stay signed in
Your session is kept for a month and refreshes itself while you work. Choose Log out from the user menu at the bottom of the sidebar to end it; you will see a five second countdown and then the sign in page.
